WENT HERE TO GET MY LAPTOP SCREEN FIXED IT HAD A MINOR CRACK, I PAID THE $53 TO GET IT DIAGNOSED SO THAT IT COULD BE FIXED JUST FOR ME TO COME BACK AND HE DESTROYED THE WHOLE LAPTOP BROKE THE SCREEN EVEN MORE TOOK IT APART AND DIDN’T PUT IT BACK TOGETHER TOLD ME IT DIDN’T MATTER BECAUSE MY LAPTOP IS UNFIXABLE. I TOOK IT TO THE PEOPLE WHO MADE THE LAPTOP AND THEY FIXED IT WITHOUT A PROBLEM. DISGUSTING PEOPLE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER DON’T TAKE YOUR ELECTRONICS HERE!!!! AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!

Took my computer because I thought I needed a new battery, turns out it was some error on my part and they called and said everything was fine! Very respectful, honest, friendly people and a very painless experience, would go again and would definitely recommend!

Awesome people. I'm the CISO for a local defense contractor and was looking for somewhere to recycle approximately 100 old laptops. Most places charge money for this service but they accepted it free of charge. People regularly ask me if I know a reputable computer shop in the area and now I know where I'll be sending them when they do!

Wonderful tech, friendly staff looked at computer same day and recommended fixes that would get me back online! Items needed were on hand. Very reasonable and helpful, highly recommend!

I needed a new computer quickly as my Mac was on it's last legs. Rich helped me to find a good PC for business use and got me back up and running within a few days. He and his team took care of transferring my files and programs and also worked through a number of challenges with my organization's server settings. They were patient and polite and got the job done.
